To create an account, click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the website.
Next, select “Don’t have an account? Create one” and fill out the form with your information (name, email, password). Once you’ve completed the form, click “Register” to finish creating your account.
Once logged in, you will be able to:
• View and track your orders
• Manage your personal information
• Access your returns and invoices
• Manage your shipping addresses
Shipping is free for all orders over €200.
For orders under this amount, shipping costs are €9.99.
Shipments are handled by GLS.
Standard delivery takes 48 to 72 hours (business days).
Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 p.m., for an additional fee indicated at checkout.
Orders consisting of more than 9 packages are shipped on pallets via DACHSER, with a delivery appointment scheduled in advance.
If you wish to return a product, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to “My Orders”
3. Select the relevant order
4. Click “Request a Return” or contact customer support
Terms and Conditions:
• Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, in individual poly bags)
• Returns must be made according to the instructions you will receive after your request is approved

A “Size Guide” section is available on our website to help you choose the best size based on your measurements.
For unisex styles, we recommend that women choose one size smaller than their usual size.
Example:
- If you are a woman and usually wear a size M, choose a size S in the VESTINEO collection.
- If you are a man and usually wear a size M, choose a size M in the VESTINEO collection.
During the presale period in March 2026, the only accepted payment method is:
• Payment due 30 days after the end of the month following delivery, via bank transfer.
Starting with the official launch of the collection and the opening of the website (late June 2026), several payment methods will be available:
• Credit card directly on the website
• Payment upon delivery of the merchandise
Payment terms will be indicated when you confirm your order.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a GLS tracking number.
This number will allow you to track your package in real time directly on the carrier’s website.
